All consultations are personalized and time-based services. Once a session is completed or materials are delivered, fees are non-refundable.
You may reschedule your consultation up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without any additional fee. For cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment, the fee may be forfeited.
If you fail to attend the scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered consumed and no refund will be provided.
If a session cannot be conducted due to technical issues on our end, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost.
